ITINERARY
Day 1: Ha Noi – Cat Ba
7.30 – 8.00: Daiichi Bus will pick you up at the central Old Quarter hotels in Hanoi and the office at 96 Nguyen Huu Huan. Starting the journey to explore Cat Ba tour
10.15: The vehicle will be present at the Got ferry terminal, where you will transfer to the speed boat with the assistance of staff. It only takes 5 minutes to arrive at the Cai Vieng ferry terminal
10:30: Transporting you back to the center of Cat Ba town, the journey covers 20km and passes through the most beautiful coastal route in the North
11.00: Upon check-in at the hotel, you can enjoy lunch and take a rest.
In the afternoon: you are free to explore the center of Cat Ba town. Here are some suggested activities for you:
- Swimming at Cat Co and Tung Thu Beaches
- Exploring Cannon Fort
- Visiting Cat Ba National Park and Trung Trang Cave.
In the evening: Have dinner at the hotel, and discover Cat Ba at night with activities at the central square. Afterward, rest at the hotel.
Day 2: Cai Beo Pier – Lan Ha Bay
12.00 – 12.10: Daiichi Bus will pick you up at the hotel to go to Ben Beo, starting the journey to explore Lan Ha Bay
12.30 – 13.00: You will complete the check-in procedure on the Daiichi Boutique cruise, and then enjoy a welcoming party prepared by the attentive staff. The cruise departs from the pier, taking you through the ancient fishing village of Cai Beo, a floating village on the sea and the residence of local fishermen.
13.15 – 14.30: Enjoy lunch while the cruise is in motion, admiring the beautiful scenery of Lan Ha Bay through the windows. You will have the opportunity to marvel at Turtle Islet and But Islet
15.00 – 17.00: After a rest, the afternoon activities begin with kayaking and swimming. The cruise stops at the area of Dark & Bright cave, a famous cave near the border of Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay.
Next, you can immerse yourself in the cool waters of Lan Ha Bay at Ba Trai Dao Beach or Van Boi Beach.
17.30 – 19.00: Return to the cruise and relax on the sundeck while enjoying the prepared sunset party. Afterward, the staff will prepare a Himalayan salt foot soak for you.
19.00: Dinner will be served on the cruise.
After dinner: Enjoy some drinks at the bar, followed by a squid fishing experience. Overnight on the boat.
Day 3: Viet Hai village – Cai Beo Pier
06.15 – 07.00: Welcome the morning with Tai Chi exercises.
07.00 – 07.50: Savor the morning vista of the bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Enjoy breakfast in our cozy, Vietnamese-decorated dining area as we set course for Viet Hai Fishing Village within the bay.
08.00 – 09.30: Begin the Viet Hai excursion with a cycling tour. Viet Hai is an ancient village nestled under the Cat Ba National Park and surrounded by Lan Ha Bay.
Here, you will bike through caves, and rice fields, and witness the daily life of the residents. The most intriguing activity here is the fish massage for your feet.
10.00: Return to the cruise, complete the cabin check-out procedure, and then have lunch as the cruise heads back to the pier
11.45 – 12.00: Daiichi Bus takes you back to Hanoi. End Cat Ba tour!
